文章摘要:《世界卫生统计》是世界卫生组织自2005年起发布的世界卫生年度统计报告,世界卫生组织相关部门在对各国及全球各项卫生指标数据进行收集、汇编、处理的基础上撰写该系列报告,报告内容详实准确、可信度高、覆盖面广,对于各国了解全球卫生现状、加强国际卫生交流与援助、制定和实施国家一级的卫生战略及政策具有很高的参考价值。本翻译实践报告的文本选材为《2018年世界卫生统计——针对可持续发展目标的健康监测》,报告目前还未有官方译本,笔者主要对该报告的版权声明、目录、引言、前言、缩略语、简介以及第一、二、三部分（报告主体部分）进行了翻译和研究。在本翻译实践报告中,笔者以莱斯和纽马克的文本类型理论为支撑,结合统计报告的科学性、专业性、准确性、跨学科性等特点,探讨了统计报告这一信息型文本的翻译方法和策略。在翻译实践、文献查阅及文本分析的基础上,笔者提出在进行此类文本的翻译时应遵循以下四点原则:准确、通顺与连贯、直观与简洁以及专业与正式。笔者从词汇、句法和语篇等多个层面分析了应如何达成这四点,重点对数据相关表达的准确传达、专业术语及专有名词的翻译、重要词汇的翻译、合成词的翻译、修饰语的灵活处理、复合句型的切分与重组等进行了分析与探讨,并有针对性的提出了一些可行的翻译方法和技巧,以求有所发现、勾画出统计报告这一类型文本翻译的理论框架,为未来相关内容的翻译提供可参考的原则、方法和技巧。
